[Remote] Senior Product Manager, reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the reputed company and adoption of reputed company card, focusing on member insights and performance data to enhance user experience and engagement. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective execution and to shape a product that meets the needs of financially vulnerable Americans.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company card adoption: Lead reputed company card features from discovery through launch and iteration, spanning reputed company, activation, spend, repayment, and member communication
• Ship with speed and conviction: Lead your reputed company through discovery, delivery, and in-market optimization - ensuring fast execution without losing sight of long-term impact
• Own the numbers: Drive core metrics including offer-to-activation conversion, card usage, repayment behavior, and member retention
• reputed company flawless execution: Translate goals into reputed company, prioritized backlogs in partnership with product, research, design, engineering, and data teams, leading to fast, high-quality execution
• Lead with evidence: Use qualitative research and quantitative data to surface the highest-impact opportunities across the member funnel

Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience including 2+ years in fintech, lending, cards, or reputed company consumer financial products
• Proven track record of improving reputed company, conversion, and retention in consumer products
• Proven ability to manage a reputed company product surface area with many stakeholders, using strong product judgment to balance user experience, risk, and business reputed company
• Experience working closely with senior leaders to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using data to inform reputed company (SQL and/or tools like Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar)
• Proven ability to use AI tools as a force reputed company for speed, quality, and impact
• Familiarity with BNPL, installment lending, or reputed company-reputed company card products
• Experience with cashflow-based reputed company or alternative credit models
