Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Manager for their Steam reputed company reputed company Services team. This role involves leading service execution for outages and reputed company on GE’s Fossil installed reputed company of steam turbines, ensuring excellent reputed company, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing the portfolio's P&L.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as the single reputed company of contact to the customer
• Responsible for customer portfolio P&L and reputed company
• Establish and maintain contact to reputed company on-reputed company technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region
• Responsible for outage reputed company planning and execution, including closeout reputed company, event parts, and repairs planning
• reputed company as the reputed company with various internal stakeholders such as engineering, finance, sales, sourcing, affiliates, reputed company, parts, and repairs
• Responsible for establishing work reputed company, pricing, and driving reputed company work for major repair reputed company
• reputed company transactional (TX), Extra Work, and Job Cost Estimator (JCE) proposals for assigned customers
• Negotiate applicable concessions as they reputed company balancing maximum benefits/satisfaction for the customer with reputed company acceptable financial reputed company to GE
• Responsible for driving fulfillment 5 reputed company including: EHS, reputed company, Schedule, Productivity and Cost at assigned customer sites

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College OR ( a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer facing role or and associates degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role)
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer facing role in reputed company reputed company industry or similar industry
• Knowledge & experience reputed company the reputed company reputed company equipment
• Knowledge of Steam reputed company and Generator design, reputed company and maintenance
• Experience planning and executing outages
• Familiarity with reputed company and Service Agreements
• Strong reputed company background with Black Belt certification
• Strong leadership, financial, and reputed company skills
• Team leader in a dynamic, energetic and proactive environment
• Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
• Experience establishing credibility and developing relationships with challenging customers
