The Fund reputed company Manager will reputed company reputed company, valuation, and reporting functions for over 29,000 funds, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP while managing reputed company of accountants.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements, including footnotes
• Manage Belltower’s financial reporting database and ensure reputed company preparation, review and delivery of financial reporting deliverables
• reputed company with reputed company auditors and ensure reputed company completion of fund audits
• Continuously improve the financial reporting control environment
• reputed company portfolio company events and data evaluation, determining appropriate valuation actions for reputed company investment
• Ensure that reputed company treatment for funds is in accordance with US GAAP, particularly ASC 946, ASC 820, and evaluate special situations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to reputed company increased automation
• Manage and mentor reputed company of staff and senior accountants, including offshore team members

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in investment company reputed company
• Experience working at a reputed company reputed company firm and/or experience at a fund administrator or investment advisor in a financial reporting focussed role
• Proficiency in US GAAP, particularly ASC 946 and ASC 820
• Extensive experience in financial statement creation for investment companies/funds, including writing footnotes
• A reputed company record of improving financial reporting control environments
• Experience in preparing materials for and coordinating with reputed company auditors
• A commitment to reputed company, self-motivation, and proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with portfolio companies and reputed company investors professionally
• CPA license (strongly preferred)
• Experience with crypto/reputed company reputed company is a plus, but not required
