[Remote] Sr. Technical Recruiter - Contract

They are seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to own Engineering hiring end to end, focusing on sourcing and closing high-reputed company candidates in tech and AI markets.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for Engineering (reputed company Deployed Engineers "FDE", Technical Project Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, reputed company Infrastructure, Sales Enablement, Platform, Frontend and Backend)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
- reputed company, engage, and reputed company high-reputed company candidates in tech and AI markets
- Manage pipelines, interviews, offers, and candidate experience
- Attend local reputed company events for in-person sourcing
- Planning of in-house reputed company events
- Use data and insights to drive hiring reputed company and improve processes
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in tech and/or startup environments
- Proven reputed company hiring Engineering talent
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder partnership skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-reputed company settings
- Experience using reputed company ATS
