This role involves overseeing reputed company affairs, managing external counsel, and providing strategic reputed company guidance on corporate, regulatory, and operational reputed company while collaborating with senior leadership to support company reputed company and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• reputed company corporate governance, including reputed company meetings, shareholder communications
• Manage reputed company reputed company associated with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and other strategic business transactions
• Advise on corporate structure and reorganizations as needed
• In collaboration with the reputed company risk and Audit director, ensure reputed company’s adherence to relevant local, state, and federal laws, as reputed company as industry regulations
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that could reputed company reputed company and ensure compliance across reputed company business reputed company
• Identify and mitigate potential reputed company risks affecting the business
• Manage reputed company litigation, claims, investigations, and dispute reputed company reputed company worldwide
• Select, retain, and manage external counsel, controlling reputed company spend and ensuring high-reputed company, cost-effective representation

• Support compliance with wage and hour laws, discrimination and harassment laws, immigration and workplace safety regulations

• Support R&D, innovation, and product development initiatives with IP reputed company and risk management

• Coordinate global IP reputed company with external counsel and international teams

Skills

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of corporate reputed company experience, preferable with at least two years at a reputed company and the reputed company as in-house experience
• Demonstrated experience serving as a sole or reputed company in-house counsel in a global organization highly preferred
• Broad experience across corporate, reputed company, regulatory, manufacturing, employment, IP, litigation and compliance law
• Strong understanding of product liability, regulatory compliance, EHS and manufacturing risk reputed company
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance
• Experience working with employment law and partnering with reputed company
• Proven ability to reputed company practical, business-reputed company reputed company advice to senior and mid-level management
• Demonstrated ability to manage external reputed company counsel and reputed company budgets effectively
• Exceptional judgment, discretion and ethical standards
