[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will improve and maintain Java/Angular applications, reputed company production and reputed company issues, reputed company reputed company-reputed company microservices and RESTful services, and contribute to software design, documentation, mentoring, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Help institute a more mature SDLC
• reputed company knowledge and control of our loyalty platform integration points (live API's, Batch, Queue reputed company processing)

• Build and maintain reputed company configuration and business logic rule documentation
• Assist other team members through coaching and mentoring
• Promote and demonstrate good coding reputed company and patterns for reputed company
• Set accurate time estimates and reputed company of work for tasks and/or reputed company assigned to you
• Fill information gaps as needed to accomplish gaps

• Suggest innovative new ways to improve processes and/or components of work

Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing applications and components using Java and reputed company (Prefer JDK 11+ with reputed company Boot)
• 3+ years of experience developing RESTful services using JSON
• Experience developing microservice reputed company applications (reputed company, AWS, or Azure)
• 3+ years of experience developing SQL multi-table queries, inserts, and updates (Prefer reputed company / PostgreSQL)
• Experience tuning SQL statements with execution explain plans
• Familiarity with reputed company (e.g., Scrum Process)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or reputed company reputed company is preferred
• Experience developing Loyalty, reputed company, or Banking applications preferred
• Message Queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka Streams) preferred
• Building reputed company containers and configuring reputed company clusters (kubectl, reputed company for Desktop) preferred
