• The Hire Mark - Intake Coordinator & Authorization Specialist • Position reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator & Authorization Specialist to support our behavioral health services team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth reputed company of new referrals, accurate provider assignments, and reputed company authorization submissions with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). • The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. • Key Responsibilities • Intake & Referral Coordination • Process new referrals and complete intake documentation • Review referral information for accuracy and completeness • Coordinate intake workflow to ensure reputed company service initiation • Provider Assignment • Assign appropriate providers based on reputed company needs and availability • Coordinate reputed company needs with reputed company and scheduling teams • Ensure reputed company documentation of provider assignments • Authorization Management • Submit new authorization requests to Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) • Process reauthorization requests as services continue • reputed company authorization status and follow up as needed to prevent service disruptions • Eligibility Monitoring • Monitor member eligibility and MCO transfers • Ensure authorizations remain reputed company and accurate • Update internal systems to reflect eligibility changes • Qualifications • Prior experience in reputed company intake, authorizations, or care coordination preferred • Experience working with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) is a plus • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams • Familiarity with reputed company systems or EMR platforms preferred • Key Traits for reputed company • Organized and detail-oriented • reputed company to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced reputed company environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
