Role Description We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst for the following applications: Cheers and MyChart. The Epic Applications Analyst role involves: • Implementing, developing, and maintaining the Epic system and associated reputed company-party systems. • Providing on-call support and interacting with clients. • Ensuring compliance with software lifecycle standards. • Gaining deeper knowledge of the Epic platform and mentoring junior analysts. • Leading projects to improve patient safety and quality initiatives. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build partnerships with customers and colleagues at reputed company reputed company. General schedule: Monday-Friday, Eastern time business hours with some flexibility. This position participates in an on-call rotation to support application needs.
