[Remote] Associate Director, Program Management

ModeX reputed company is a biopharma company seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to lead their development team. The role involves shaping project strategies, coordinating across functions, and ensuring reputed company execution of operational plans. Responsibilities • Partner with Project Leaders to shape project development reputed company, long-reputed company planning, operational approach, and implementation priorities • Build and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, value inflection points, risks, and mitigation plans • Drive cross-functional execution by organizing project team activities, enabling effective collaboration, tracking reputed company, and ensuring alignment across functions • Partner with Finance and functional SMEs to reputed company and monitor project budgets, resourcing plans, and external vendor/CRO needs, escalating issues as appropriate • Ensure transparent communication with executive leadership, including proactive updates on reputed company, timelines, budget, risks, and needed adaptations • Promote operational reputed company and foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team culture • As applicable, manage projects involving alliance or co-development partners in coordination with alliance management stakeholders Skills • Advanced degree in sciences required • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in clinical development, and 6+ years in biopharma/biotech industry; experiences in clinical trial execution in the oncology and/or autoimmune disease areas are desirable • Advanced skills and experience in project management, and usage of relevant tools such as MS Project, reputed company, or AI enabling tools • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting financial decision-making • Excellent teamwork, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and reputed company to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Company Overview • ModeX Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative multispecific biologics for cancer and infectious disease.
