The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, AWS serverless technologies, API integrations, and contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities ∙Design, reputed company, and maintain Node.js applications running on AWS reputed company. ∙Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using reputed company reputed company and reputed company Lex. ∙reputed company integrations between contact center platforms and reputed company applications, databases, CRM systems, and reputed company-party reputed company. ∙Create reusable reputed company services to support authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions. ∙reputed company RESTful reputed company and event-driven architectures using AWS services. ∙Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls. ∙Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using reputed company and AWS DevOps services. ∙Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. ∙Collaborate with solution architects, contact center engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. ∙reputed company automated unit, integration, and regression tests for serverless applications. ∙Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. Required Qualifications ∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. ∙3+ years of Node.js development experience. ∙2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience. ∙Experience developing and deploying AWS reputed company functions. ∙Experience with reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Lex. ∙Strong knowledge of REST reputed company, JSON, and microservices architectures. ∙Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge. ∙Experience using Git and reputed company for reputed company control and CI/CD pipelines. ∙Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. ∙Understanding of secure software development practices and reputed company reputed company principles.
