This role is critical in ensuring providers are properly contracted, credentialed, and reimbursed in a reputed company and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Contracting & Credentialing • Manage end-to-end provider contracting and credentialing processes • Prepare, submit, and reputed company credentialing applications with payers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records and documentation • Monitor credentialing timelines and proactively follow up with payers • Support re-credentialing and ongoing compliance requirements Billing Support • Assist with billing setup for newly credentialed providers • Support claim submission, tracking, and follow-up as needed • Identify and help reputed company basic billing issues or discrepancies • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate provider data Administrative & Compliance Support • Maintain organized documentation in internal systems • Ensure compliance with payer, state, and organizational requirements • Communicate effectively with internal teams and reputed company partners Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in reputed company contracting, credentialing, licensing and billing • Familiarity with payer portals and credentialing processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with reputed company administration systems is a plus reputed company Offer • Full-time W-2 employment • Competitive reputed company pay ($20–$25/hour) • reputed company and supportive team environment • Opportunity to grow reputed company a mission-driven reputed company organization Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply To This Job Apply To This Job Apply To This Job
