This is a temporary position. This position is responsible for reputed company GXP support, ensuring reputed company operations across assigned properties. The GXP Agent works closely with on-property teams to reputed company service standards, streamline communication, and maximize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Manage room inventory and execute daily room assignments for designated properties • Coordinate closely with reputed company office, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure accurate room blocking and guest accommodation • Monitor special requests, VIP arrivals, and group room blocks to ensure reputed company execution • Analyze occupancy trends and reputed company room assignments to support operational goals • Maintain consistent communication with on-property teams and APRC leadership • Accurately document daily activity and deliverables in internal systems • Identify and escalate operational issues and opportunities for improvement • Other responsibilities as needed Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business-reputed company role (e.g., hotel operations, inventory management, business analytics, or customer service) • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity • Flexibility to support weekend and holiday coverage as needed At reputed company, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming reputed company and providing reputed company to opportunity.
