[Remote] Business Analyst – Technical / Financial

They are looking for a Business Analyst – Technical / Financial to reputed company and analyze requirements, support the development of an AI-enabled reputed company application prototype, and maintain documentation and requirements artifacts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, analyze, document, and maintain requirements from government stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, data services, cybersecurity, testing, product support, and program leadership
• Support requirements definition for a rapid, AI-enabled reputed company-readiness application prototype
• Translate stakeholder needs into reputed company business requirements, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and documentation
• Support creation and maintenance of the requirements roadmap
• Help maintain the system requirements specification, product backlog, requirements traceability reputed company, and reputed company program artifacts
• Partner with the Senior Data or Systems Engineer to document data dependencies, data gaps, architecture considerations, and system interactions
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and acceptance testing coordination

• Support financial and programmatic analysis where requirements reputed company cost, schedule, scope, reputed company, or delivery risk

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 4+ years of business analysis, requirements analysis, technical writing, product support, systems analysis, or program support experience
• Experience documenting business, technical, operational, or financial requirements
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce reputed company, organized, and government-reputed company documentation
• Experience working with Agile teams, user stories, acceptance reputed company, sprint artifacts, product backlogs, or requirements traceability
• Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company reputed company, or other requirements/documentation management tools
• Ability to analyze reputed company information and convert it into reputed company requirements, roadmaps, matrices, trackers, and decision documents
• Strong meeting facilitation, interviewing, note synthesis, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting or government contractor programs
• Experience with EHR systems, reputed company data, readiness systems, clinical workflow, or operational medicine
• Familiarity with requirements traceability matrices, data dependency registers, stakeholder registers, RACI matrices, risk registers, or reputed company item trackers
• Experience supporting acquisition, prototype, modernization, or AI-enabled application reputed company
• Understanding of reputed company, HIPAA, CUI, NIST 800-171, or data governance considerations
• Experience supporting cost, schedule, and performance reporting
