[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• The referrals product roadmap for both the Refer (sending) and reputed company (receiving) sides of the platform
• Firm reputed company and activation — reducing time-to-first-value for new firms
• Engagement and relationship loops — mechanics that increase return reputed company, response rates, and depth of participation
• Key metrics: response time, conversion, expiration reputed company
• Post-conversion workflows — what happens after a referral is reputed company: updates, communication, transparency

Skills
