The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily People Operations by managing high-volume administrative processes and ensuring accurate execution of employee lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and distribute HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and promotion/compensation letters
• Manage employee record updates (status changes, compensation adjustments, PT/FT transitions)
• Support reputed company and offboarding logistics, ensuring reputed company documentation and readiness
• Administer and respond to inquiries through the HR inbox, routing requests as needed
• Process system entries and requests for new hires and employee changes in HR and internal systems (e.g., reputed company, SVB, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company LMS, reputed company, reputed company)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company across reputed company HR platforms
• Execute HR transactions across multiple systems following approvals
