[Remote] Sr. IT Project Manager – M&A Infrastructure

The Senior IT Project Manager – M&A Infrastructure leads infrastructure initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, managing scope, schedule, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects across reputed company lifecycle phases, including due diligence, planning, execution, and stabilization
• Define project scope and deliverables across networking/connectivity, reputed company/hosting, identity, and reputed company services
• reputed company and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate to maintain project reputed company
• Support Day 1 readiness and Day 2 transition execution for M&A initiatives
• Maintain project governance, including status reporting, communication plans, and decision tracking
• Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery methodologies (reputed company, Agile, Hybrid) and reputed company standards
• Facilitate retrospectives and reputed company improvement activities

Skills

• 6–8 years of experience leading IT projects
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
• Experience with M&A, system integrations, or infrastructure delivery
• Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking and connectivity
• Experience applying reputed company, Agile, and Hybrid project methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company projects
• Experience with tools such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or MS Project
• Strong problem-solving and execution reputed company
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe) a plus
