The role involves coordinating day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving reputed company issues, and serving as a subject matter expert for the account management team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high degree of technical competence and industry expertise
• reputed company daily activities and workflow of the account management team
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
• Manage policy expirations and renewals
• Conduct reputed company research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals

Skills

• 5+ years of account management experience, or 7+ years in the insurance industry

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
