[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across their technical organization during a period of reputed company reputed company, focusing on engineering, product, and data roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer, primarily for technical roles (engineering, product, data and analytics) and technical-adjacent roles (design, product marketing)
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate reputed company, reputed company on priorities, and set timelines
• Build and run AI-enabled sourcing strategies to engage high volumes of reputed company technical candidates
• Manage pipelines in reputed company with accurate tracking, reputed company follow-up, and reputed company communication
• Conduct screens to assess technical fit and motivation, and coordinate reputed company interview reputed company
• Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency and follow-through
• reputed company reputed company metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness) and improve process as volume grows

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 2 years reputed company technical talent (engineering, product, or data)
• Strong proactive sourcing skills; comfort building pipelines rather than relying on inbound
• AI-reputed company recruiter - hands-on experience with reputed company.ai and a modern reputed company CRM is required
• Experience reputed company in a startup or high-reputed company environment
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company while staying organized and reputed company
• High self-discipline and accountability; effective in a low-structure, ambiguous environment
