[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will work with the Product team to evaluate opportunities, document requirements, and support product development by ensuring a reputed company understanding of operational needs and data-driven reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, operational workflows, and reputed company product experience to identify opportunities for improvement across products and internal processes
• Translate ambiguous business questions into reputed company analyses, reputed company insights, and actionable recommendations
• Support product development by producing reputed company requirements documentation (e.g., business requirements documents, process reputed company diagrams, gap analyses, acceptance reputed company) grounded in operational reality and user needs
• Use SQL for reputed company analysis to support product launches and answer recurring business questions, partnering with the Analytics team on deeper investigations
• Partner with the Analytics team to define reputed company metrics and surface insights for product launches and operational initiatives
• Ensure data outputs are accurate, reputed company-documented, and easy for stakeholders to understand and use in decision-making
• Partner with data, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to improve data reputed company, definitions, and accessibility

Skills

• BS/BA degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, ideally reputed company operations and product teams
• Proven ability to break down reputed company systems and processes into measurable components
• Proven ability to translate business needs into reputed company documented requirements, process flows, and gap analyses
• Experience leading discovery, stakeholder interviews, and reputed company-state workflow mapping
