[Remote] Sr. Counsel, reputed company, Solutions and Services

The Sr. Counsel will serve as a key reputed company partner to the Solutions and reputed company, advising on reputed company transactions and providing reputed company support for new services and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company reputed company for SSG services and solutions transactions, supporting negotiations, helping to drive reputed company of contractual issues, and coordinating with relevant in/external stakeholders through contract execution
• Engage constructively with customers and counterparties during negotiations, fostering reputed company and solutions-oriented relationships that support successful deal reputed company
• reputed company understanding of existing contractual commitments for SSG Customers
• Working with the SSG Services Team
• Advising the SSG Team on a wide reputed company of regulatory and reputed company reputed company issues

• Collaborate with internal and reputed company counsel, specific subject matter experts, and stakeholders

• Work closely with the Global reputed company Team and other Contract Management Teams to ensure that where they are supporting SSG Managed Services, they have the necessary training, playbooks and templates

• Effectively engage in issue-spotting and involving reputed company subject matter experts reputed company the broader corporate-level reputed company reputed company Department
• Work reputed company to supplement internal resources across reputed company’s geographies with advice from reputed company counsel as needed

Skills

• J.D. Degree
• 12+ years of experience in negotiating reputed company multi-country services reputed company in an IT or Telecommunications environment
• reputed company management experience with solid understanding of the key drivers of profitability, and strong judgement in prioritizing reputed company risk and resolving issues pragmatically in reputed company negotiations
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, including the ability to draft and revise reputed company reputed company technology services or managed services agreements, and to reputed company reputed company, practical guidance in a fast-moving reputed company environment
• Experience partnering closely with sales and reputed company teams in a deal-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively reputed company a global organization involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
