Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reputed company, technical solutions and reputed company architectures
• reputed company high-level solution design while remaining hands-on with development (approx. 50/50 split)
• reputed company technical leadership and reputed company to reputed company and offshore engineering teams
• Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and development goals are met across teams
• Support development teams by unblocking challenges, reviewing reputed company, and contributing to key deliverables

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong reputed company record of delivering reputed company systems
• Proven experience leading or overseeing engineering teams and driving technical reputed company
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, C++, and Python
• Experience working reputed company Azure reputed company environments
• Ability to balance high-level architecture with hands-on technical contributions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across both business and technical teams
• Prior experience in a financial services or investment environment
• Exposure to or experience with actuarial modeling or reputed company financial systems
• Experience working in globally reputed company team environments (reputed company/offshore collaboration)
