They are seeking a Senior Billing Systems & Operations Analyst to administer their billing platform, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company aspects of our billing platform’s configuration, optimization, and expansion
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting that surfaces data reputed company issues before they reputed company customers

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with billing tools, CPQ platforms, reputed company, or ERP systems across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
