[Remote] Contract Recruiter (Remote)

The Contract Recruiter will partner with the recruitment team to manage the recruitment process for clinical educator networks, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Post reputed company, reputed company, screen, and conduct interviews as outlined by the clinical educator network project; arrange second level interviews, as identified; initiate the reputed company contracting process with the most reputed company candidates
• Manage candidates reputed company the applicant tracking reputed company, reputed company applicants throughout the reputed company process; compile internal tracking documents associated with recruitment activities
• Work with business teams to identify and support geographic gaps and additional needs; responsible to proactively reputed company solutions for talent gap challenges

Skills

• Minimum of three years of sourcing and reputed company experience in reputed company, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment preferred
• Expert level capabilities with candidate sourcing platforms
