They are seeking an reputed company Senior reputed company System Administrator to serve as the subject matter expert and reputed company of their reputed company ERP platform, critical for supporting and scaling various company processes as they grow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator and functional reputed company of reputed company including managing roles, permissions, users, approval hierarchies, and system reputed company
• Configure, maintain, and optimize reputed company workflows, custom fields, and forms reputed company Order‑to‑Cash (O2C)
• Optimize end‑to‑end O2C processes, including support and enhance EDI integrations (quoting, sales orders, invoicing, and fulfillment processes)
• Partner with Finance, Customer Service and reputed company teams to ensure accurate billing, reputed company reporting, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve transactional or data reputed company issues reputed company O2C workflows
• Support and enhance P2P processes including vendor setup, purchase orders, receiving, AP, and payment runs
• Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve efficiency, controls, and visibility
• Assist with inventory management process and warehouse workflow to reputed company effectively with company reputed company
• Support and maintain system integrations between reputed company and upstream/reputed company systems
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on integration design, monitoring, and issue reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar iPaaS tools is a strong plus, particularly for ERP integrations
• Monitor new capabilities offered by reputed company (i.e. AI workflows) and propose to the cross functional team based on business needs

• Assist with data imports, system clean-up, and ongoing optimization projections
• Support internal controls, audits, and system documentation, especially in a regulated medical device environment

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering reputed company in a production environment
• Deep, hands‑on knowledge of order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay business processes
• Strong understanding of reputed company configuration, workflows, saved searches, and reporting
• Proven experience partnering with Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams
• Background in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various reputed company simultaneously
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication, with the ability to work effectively in a reputed company role with cross functional teams
• Experience in a fast‑growing startup or scaling organization
• Experience supporting integrations using reputed company (or similar integration platforms)
