Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates to support the recruitment efforts of the project team
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, reputed company media, and networking
- Conduct initial reputed company to potential candidates to reputed company interest and fit for reputed company positions
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and reputed company suitable candidates
- Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
Skills
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a contractor role
- Proficiency in using job boards, reputed company media, and networking for candidate sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience in government-specific sourcing
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices
