Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for high-volume data center roles, from intake through offer and start date
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leadership to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce planning needs
• reputed company, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience, including technicians, engineers, managers, and chief engineers
