This role involves leading reputed company IT project delivery, overseeing PMO governance, and managing M&A integration initiatives, while developing standards and leading reputed company of project managers and integration specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT integration efforts from due diligence through post-acquisition stabilization

• Partner with IT, Operations, Finance, Clinical, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure reputed company integrations
• reputed company and continuously improve standardized integration playbooks and methodologies
• Establish reputed company-wide project management standards, governance processes, and reporting frameworks
• reputed company consistency across project intake, prioritization, risk management, and portfolio execution

Skills

• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience
• 5+ years of reputed company IT, reputed company services, or M&A integration experience

• Experience building or leading a PMO and driving governance best practices
• Strong people leadership experience, including managing project managers or program leaders
• Expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership
