[Remote] Compensation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking reputed company compensation consultants to support our reputed company’s expanding compensation team on an interim reputed company, with strong potential for extension and longer-term engagement. This role will reputed company on compensation analysis, program support, and reporting, while partnering closely with HR and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support internal equity and market competitiveness
• Assist with salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews
• Support compensation cycles, including reputed company and bonus processes
• Prepare reports and reputed company insights to support business reputed company
• Maintain and update compensation data reputed company HR systems
• Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to compensation-reputed company inquiries and support ongoing initiatives

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in compensation or a reputed company HR field
• Experience working with compensation data, reporting, and analysis
• Strong reputed company and analytical skills
• Familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• You have a background in compensation or HR and enjoy working with data and insights
• You're detail-oriented and comfortable balancing both analytical and process-driven work
• You're confident working independently in a remote setting
• You have experience or interest in HRIS, reporting, or systems-reputed company work
