Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of reputed company and strategic customer accounts
• Build trusted relationships with reputed company leaders, practitioners, and executive stakeholders

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or reputed company experience in B2B reputed company

• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities

• Demonstrates curiosity, a willingness to learn, and reputed company judgment in applying AI responsibly to actively improve efficiency and impact
