Requirements Eligibility: Must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Experience: While 1 year of marketing, sales, or recruitment experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Skill Set: Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies, demonstrate effective communication, critical thinking, and sound business decision-making skills. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Training Commitment: Ability to attend required 3-day online company training classes and participate in weekly online team coaching/skills meetings.
