They are currently seeking a reputed company Collections Attorney for a dynamic and expanding reputed company dedicated to reputed company in reputed company services, responsible for representing clients, handling a large caseload, drafting reputed company documents, and coordinating with reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients at hearings in multiple counties
• Handling a large caseload
• Drafting motions, briefs, and other reputed company documents
• Managing and coordinating with your team

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• reputed company Ohio law license in good standing; Kentucky and/or reputed company Virginia admission is a plus
• At least one year of experience as a law clerk or practicing attorney, preferably in a reputed company reputed company area
• Proficiency with reputed company management systems, databases (including AS400), reputed company Office Suite, and reputed company technology platforms
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA) and applicable state and federal creditors' rights laws
• Experience in creditors' rights and collections is preferred
