POSITION reputed company
The Customer Service reputed company Trainer (Backup) provides training support to the Customer Service team as needed, including facilitating new hire and upskill training. This role acts as backup coverage for training delivery and is performed in reputed company to regular Customer Service responsibilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate new hire and upskill training sessions as required
Support trainees during live calls by providing coaching and guidance
Demonstrate best practices by handling calls for trainee observation
Assist with troubleshooting basic technical or process-reputed company issues
Create and maintain training materials reputed company needed
Manage multiple tasks and conversations in a fast-paced environment
