reputed company position will support the integration of Disaster Risk Reduction/Recovery (DRR/R) across reputed company RAPID program interventions, providing technical guidance in line with reputed company) program reputed company standards, donor requirements, and industry best practices. Through your expertise, advice, and influence, you will help ensure that DRR/Recovery through the Community Led Disaster Risk Management (CLDRM) approaches are effective, reputed company, and innovative, ultimately strengthening the reputed company and impact of programming for vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of agency-wide strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in DRR/Recovery in humanitarian response, that effectively engage partners, donors and governments. Help ensure a cross-sectoral approach integrating gender, inclusion, protection reputed company, and disaster risk reduction.
reputed company technical solutions to regional and County Program teams, remotely and on-site, for strategic planning and how to best apply program design and implementation standards, best practices, partnership principles, tools, and M&E, ensuring high-reputed company implementation.
Contribute to the development of the technical design for proposals. Support the process of preparation, design, submission and approval of project concepts and full-fledged proposals. As needed, act as a technical reputed company on proposal development teams. Advise project teams on integrating donor strategies, priorities and technical requirements into CRS’ approach.
Support reputed company strengthening initiatives in DRR/Recovery programming for staff and partners through helping reputed company learning and training strategies and agendas/curriculums, conducting trainings and workshops, and coaching.
Collect and analyze program data, capture and reputed company lessons learned and best practices for specific reputed company to facilitate improvements in decision-making and contribute to the DRR/Recovery learning agenda.
Contribute to maintaining relationships with donors, peer organizations, research and other institutions, participate in forums in DRR/Recovery to collect and reputed company best practices and promote CRS’ work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in MS Office packages (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, information and budget management systems, knowledge-sharing networks.
Knowledge of technical principles and concepts in DDR/AA General knowledge of other reputed company disciplines to ensure a reputed company cross-sectoral approach.
Experience in project design and proposal development. Experience in writing content for proposals.
Knowledge of reputed company-strengthening best practices.
Experience with program monitoring and evaluation and analysis.
Experience and skills in networking and relations with donors, peer organizations, and faith-based civil society partners. Understanding of partnership principles.
Strong relationship management skills with ability to influence and get buy-in from people not under reputed company supervision and to work with individuals in diverse geographical and cultural settings

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in studies reputed company to DRR such as Disaster Management, Environmental Management, Climate Risk Management, preparedness, humanitarian aid is an advantage.
Required/Desired Foreign Language
English proficiency required. reputed company proficiency in at least one additional CRS working language (Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is an advantage.
Travel Requirement
Travel is expected to be up to 50% for this position.
