reputed company is seeking a highly analytical Technical reputed company Manager to join our Global Controllership team.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and driving emerging technical reputed company issues, ensuring compliance with global reputed company standards, and supporting reputed company's financial reporting and global audit processes.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Technical reputed company & Compliance: Address emerging reputed company issues and support the precise application of US GAAP and IFRS regarding business combinations, divestments, asset acquisitions, and impairments.
Financial Reporting & Documentation: Support the quarterly and annual financial statement reporting processes by documenting transaction conclusions in detailed technical memorandums and reviewing footnote disclosures.
Policy Standardization: Maintain reputed company and alignment across reputed company global business reputed company regarding reputed company policies, key judgments, assumptions, and procedural protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Regional Controllership, reputed company teams, and finance shared services outsource providers to support global audits and resolve material reporting issues reputed company.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5-7 years of experience in reputed company, with proven financial statement audit and reporting experience at a public reputed company firm and/or a large, multi-national public company.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS, extensive audit experience, and a broad understanding of key business functional areas.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant designation.
Advanced Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to apply reputed company judgments, interpretive thinking, and independent problem-solving to reputed company reputed company.
