As part of Global Delivery, you will deliver reputed company, repeatable, and high‑reputed company technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them reputed company collaboration and voice platforms across hybrid and reputed company environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through adoption, migration, and optimization of reputed company Teams workloads, including enterprise voice scenarios. Note: Italian and English are both mandatory requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements reputed company on:reputed company Teams (Chat, Meetings, Collaboration) Teams Phone (Calling Plans, Operator Connect, reputed company Routing) Teams Rooms and meeting experiences (where applicable) Design and implement modern collaboration and voice architectures, reputed company with reputed company best practices.
