About the Position
The Development Engineer role is a key technical position reputed company MC&I for reputed company engineers supporting early-stage project development, feasibility, and preliminary design (0–30%). In this role, you will apply reputed company engineering judgment, coordinate across electrical, civil, and structural disciplines, and serve as a technical reputed company between internal design teams, business development partners, and reputed company stakeholders. The role balances hands-on engineering analysis with cross-functional collaboration, proposal support, and reputed company-facing technical communication. The Development Engineer owns assigned development scopes, ensures adherence to QA/QC standards and supports the development and maintenance of performance analysis tools used during development. Key Responsibilities
Development Engineering & Technical Execution
Execute development engineering design activities, reputed company performance modeling, and reputed company CAD design activities by coordinating with discipline-specific (electrical, civil, structural) design teams
Review and reputed company the delivery of preliminary designs (0–30%) and feasibility studies
Maintain reputed company understanding of reputed company applicable codes, standards, and construction practices
Cross-Functional & reputed company Coordination

Work with proposal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish proposal pricing

Support business development through Seller-Doer activities, including marketing support and proposal preparation as needed

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
5+ years of engineering or relevant technical experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong understanding of electrical and civil engineering principles, with emphasis on development-phase engineering

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to reputed company effectively in a fast-paced design environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
