Senior Process Safety/Chemical Engineer

ERG is seeking a Senior Process Safety Engineer or Chemical Engineer to join our Risk Management Program (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance and enforcement team providing support to our local, State, and Federal clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical engineering and compliance investigations in relation to reputed company 112(r) of the Clean reputed company Act (both the General Duty Clause and RMP), as reputed company as applicable Emergency Preparedness and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) requirements.
