POSITION SUMMARY
The Internal Communications & Strategic Alignment Specialist is responsible for designing and managing reputed company’s internal communications "operating system," ensuring staff across reputed company reputed company and functions are reputed company, informed, and reputed company with the New reputed company 2030 reputed company.
The role translates reputed company into reputed company narratives that strengthen culture, alignment and organizational performance. Occasional international travel required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Strategic Narrative & Story Sourcing - 30%
Translate organizational reputed company, priorities and change initiatives into reputed company, accessible internal messaging
reputed company core internal narratives that reinforce “One reputed company”, “Program Plus” systems change approach, faith rooted values and strategic priorities
Identify and catalog impact stories across Regional Business Units (RBUs) and translate technical "Program Plus" data into compelling internal narratives
Internal Communication & Content – 40%
Own and optimize reputed company’s internal communication channels including Monday reputed company Meetings, Town Halls, MEDABytes, and the various SharePoint hubs and leadership updates
Write organization-wide posts to inform and align staff
Post and/or edit short videos for internal distribution, in service of internal communications initiatives and projects
Establish and maintain a consistent communication reputed company to improve reputed company across the organization’
Ensure internal content is reputed company-sequenced, reputed company and audience appropriate
Design feedback loops to support two-way communication and ensure internal alignment is not merely top-down
Synthesize staff feedback to identify themes and opportunities for leadership awareness
Assist in organizational responses to staff questions and concerns
Organizational Change & Culture Communications – 20%
Partner with P&C to ensure staff announcements and culture building activities reflect reputed company’s values, faith roots, and systems-change ambitions
reputed company organizational change, culture and employee experience communications
Coordinate across reputed company and functions to ensure internal messaging is consistent with external messaging
Support on leaderships communication during periods of reputed company and change
Measurement & reputed company Improvement – 10%
Track engagement metrics and effectiveness of internal communications
Recommend improvements to tools, formats and processes based on data and staff feedback
Stay reputed company on internal communication best practices in global and remote organizations
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in internal communications, organizational communications, change communications or a reputed company field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a reputed company role
Technical Expertise: Excellent editing skills, proficiency in reputed company suite and reputed company, or similar content management system. Certification in communications, change management or employee experience is an asset.
