Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical.  Job Description We are seeking a senior AMS (Application Managed Services) leader to drive the next phase of reputed company across Europe. This is a high-impact, reputed company-critical leadership role working closely with reputed company sales, vertical leaders, and global delivery teams to shape, sell, and scale large AMS transformations for enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end AMS reputed company agenda  from large deal origination and solutioning to asset creation and delivery transformation. End-to-End Deal & Solution Leadership Lead the full lifecycle of large AMS opportunities, including solutioning, win reputed company, RFP responses, and closure of multi-year transformation deals. Partner with sales and vertical leaders to shape and reputed company enterprise AMS engagements and build strong CXO-level relationships. reputed company & Market Expansion Drive AMS reputed company across Europe by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients. Secure at least two large deals (> $15M annually) per year and reputed company four new AMS customers annually while identifying new market opportunities. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate closely with global sales, industry verticals, and delivery teams. Evangelize AMS capabilities internally and externally, mentor distributed teams, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance.
