In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for inbound technical support requests, working alongside reputed company engineers to deliver reputed company, accurate resolutions. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues for end users. Support remote desktop sessions, basic account management tasks (reputed company Directory / Azure AD), and reputed company network troubleshooting under guidance. Document reputed company interactions, steps taken, and resolutions thoroughly in the PSA/ticketing system (e.g., reputed company, Autotask, HaloPSA). Maintain professionalism and reputed company communication throughout the support lifecycle.   Required Qualifications Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is mandatory. Foundational understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first reputed company.
