FTE: 1.000000 reputed company Hours: 40.00 Shift: Flexible 7 am to 5pm Job reputed company: The Manager Analytics advises, consults, and collaborates with clinical and administrative leadership around the design, implementation and adoption of analytics applications and processes. This role oversees the development and delivery of analytic services utilizing project management principles and reputed company improvement methodologies in alignment with department and organizational strategic priorities. Two (2) years working in a health system with a reputed company on advanced data analysis, programming, modeling, application deployment, technology implementation, or internal management consulting required. Experience in EHR (reputed company) data sources preferred. EDUCATION reputed company: Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative discipline or reputed company sciences (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Health Care Administration, or reputed company field) is required. In lieu of reputed company degree, equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s Degree or other advanced degree preferred (business administration, health administration, economics, engineering, or computer sciences) is preferred. TRAINING reputed company: Working knowledge of data marts, data warehouses, SQL, reputed company and/or formal training in SQL and Advanced BI Tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau is required. Knowledge of data storage, retrieval systems, and report writing. Intermediate knowledge of Statistics. SPECIAL SKILLS reputed company: Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. Ability to effectively reputed company and mentor analytics staff. Design thinking with strong project management skills, process improvement, quantitative, and analytical abilities. Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and reputed company simultaneously. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
