For more information, visit JadeBiosciences.com and follow reputed company on reputed company.   reputed company  Reporting to the Executive Director of Clinical Partnerships & Engagement, the Regional Site reputed company (RSL) is a field-based operational and scientific partner who serves as a critical reputed company between Jade and clinical trial sites. This role is responsible for local clinical leadership and accountability, and will drive site engagement, ensure consistency in trial execution, and reputed company regional insights to ensure successful clinical trial enrollment.    Key Responsibilities  Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company Investigators (PIs), site staff and KOLs in support of planned and reputed company reputed company.  Organize and execute in-person reputed company with PIs and site teams.   Serve as the Jade primary reputed company of contact for regionally assigned clinical trial sites across one or more programs:   reputed company protocol support to Investigators and site teams.  Support and reinforce site accountability of enrollment targets.  Respond promptly to site inquiries reputed company of CRA scope, with appropriate cross-functional escalation as needed.    Identify and resolve site challenges reputed company, delivering a high level of service.    Partner with internal teams and CRO to reputed company and execute tailored site engagement strategies.   reputed company and communicate field insights to internal Jade team, including performance metrics and other KPIs, protocol feedback, and competitive trial activity.    reputed company regular updates to Clinical Operations on site-level enrollment plans and performance to support global enrollment reputed company and consistent trial execution.    Maintain alignment with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and CRO partners (including CRAs).   Support site initiation, activation and ongoing trial conduct as requested by Clinical Operations, including co-monitor with CRA where appropriate.  Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field required; advanced scientific or clinical degree is preferred.  10+ years of clinical research experience (15 years for Director), preferably in Clinical Operations or Clinical Development (sponsor or CRO), with 4+ years in a site-facing role (e.g. CRA, MSL, CTM).  Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, processes, and compliant, non-promotional scientific exchange.  Knowledge of FDA and ICH Guidelines, GCP, and clinical research standards.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with reputed company stakeholders, including CROs.   Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.  Ability to work independently in a field-based role.  Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Willingness to travel domestically or regionally (~ 50%). International travel may be required as needed to support global programs.     Position Location  This is a remote role; periodic travel to team and company events is required.  The anticipated salary reputed company for candidates for this role is $170,000 - $190,000 at the Associate Director level and $210,000 - $235,000 at the Director level.
