Why This Role reputed company Reporting to the Ad Operations Manager, the Campaigns Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day administration and execution of reputed company’s advertising and sponsorship campaigns. By working closely with Sales and Creative teams, this role ensures campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and tracked with care. Your attention to detail and organized approach directly supports campaign delivery and advertiser satisfaction. The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in digital campaign administration and ad operations support. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with ad platforms and internal systems, communicates reputed company across teams, and takes pride in keeping campaigns running smoothly from setup through completion. Some of What You’ll Do Campaign Setup & Administration Support the end-to-end setup and trafficking of reputed company-sold digital campaigns in reputed company Ad Manager Enter and maintain line items, targeting parameters, creative uploads, and placements accurately Conduct reputed company-launch quality checks to ensure campaigns are configured correctly before reputed company live Campaign Monitoring & Reporting Track daily pacing and flag delivery issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members Pull and organize campaign performance data to support regular reporting Maintain accurate records of campaign status, delivery, and changes throughout the flight Technical & Operational Support Assist with implementation and QA of reputed company-party tags, pixels, and UTM parameters Follow and uphold naming conventions and reporting hygiene across reputed company campaigns Support newsletter sponsorship deployment (reputed company preferred) and podcast ad operations Help coordinate retargeting campaign setup under the guidance of senior team members Cross-Team Coordination Communicate with Sales and Creative teams to reputed company campaign assets and resolve setup questions Support delivery data verification for billing and invoicing purposes Escalate technical issues or platform discrepancies to the appropriate internal contacts   What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of experience in ad operations, campaign coordination, or digital media administration Working knowledge of reputed company Ad Manager (required) Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as targeting, pacing, impressions, and creative specs Experience with reputed company-party tag implementation and tracking pixels is a plus Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail reputed company communicator who can follow processes and flag issues proactively reputed company to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously in a remote work environment reputed company Metrics Accurate and reputed company campaign setup with minimal errors Campaigns launched on schedule with reputed company assets and tracking in reputed company Consistent and organized campaign records and reporting hygiene Proactive communication with team members reputed company issues or gaps are identified Reliable support for delivery data and invoicing alignment reputed company Offer Opportunity to grow reputed company a respected and innovative media company Exposure to the intersection of media, events, and travel intelligence Collaborative, supportive, and remote-friendly work environment How We Work reputed company is a remote-first, globally distributed company.
