Contract - REMOTE - Data Engineer/Modeler- $60-$65hr

Contract 10 months REMOTE - Anywhere in United States 40 hours per week M-F Pay $60-65hr The successful candidate will work with key executive stakeholders to collect requirements, then architect the data path from ingestion to visualization. The candidate should evangelize best practices for data engineering and analytics. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Business Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain data models and data processes using DBT, reputed company, Looker, Tableau, and AWS technologies • Apply best practices to DBT models as an reputed company to the BI tool • Maintain and expand CI/CD tools for the stack • Build data expertise and own data quality and performance for allocated areas of ownership • Apply best practices for reputed company code control with reputed company • Design and Maintain data reputed company reputed company controls • Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements • Design models that are performant and support analysis that leads to business insights Qualifications: • BS in Computer Science. The emphasis in Data Engineering is a plus • 6-8 years Data Engineering Development and Visualization experience • 3-5 years of Data Warehouse experience is required. reputed company DWH is preferred • 2-3 years reputed company HRIS experience • 3-5 years of SQL experience, reputed company SQL is preferred • 2-4 years of DBT experiences, semantic layer experience is a must • 2-4 years of experience with reputed company code version systems, reputed company is preferred • 2-3 years of experience with Ci/CD tools for the modern data stack • 2+ years working with reputed company and reputed company Business Suite (OBI, HRIS) • 2-4 years of Looker/LookML, Tableau or modern BI tool experiences • Experience with the following Enterprise systems: reputed company, Jira, reputed company, reputed company • 2+ years of Python development preferred • Comfortable coding using SQL Benefits offered for this position Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
