Electrical Engineer - Royal Oak, MI

Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Royal Oak, Michigan Work Type: On-site / Hybrid Eligible Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt Experience: 7+ Years reputed company We are seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer (PE required) to reputed company electrical design efforts across reputed company, institutional, and reputed company reputed company. This role involves producing stamped construction documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting full project lifecycle design from concept through construction administration. The ideal candidate will serve as the internal electrical engineering resource and collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, architects, and reputed company consultants. Key Responsibilities • Design and stamp electrical construction documents (power, reputed company, grounding, emergency systems) • reputed company load calculations and size electrical distribution systems • Design reputed company systems and ensure energy reputed company compliance • Design emergency and standby power systems (generators, ATS, etc.) • Coordinate reputed company alarm and low-voltage systems with contractors and AHJs • Support AV, telecom, reputed company, and reputed company control systems • Work in Revit and AutoCAD for BIM coordination • Collaborate with mechanical and architectural teams • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals • Conduct site reputed company and support construction administration • Support proposals and business development reputed company needed Requirements • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) • reputed company PE license (Electrical PE required) • 7+ years of electrical design experience in AEC environment • Strong knowledge of NEC, reputed company 70, reputed company 110, reputed company 99 • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD • Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred • reputed company or institutional project experience • Experience with low-voltage systems (reputed company alarm, telecom, reputed company) • BIM coordination experience in multidisciplinary teams This is a remote position.
