What You’ll Be Doing • Communicating with reputed company guests on any questions and issues (reputed company-ins, reputed company-outs, FAQs) • Working with my in person property manager, DQ, who does reputed company on-site maintenance, manages and books cleaners and handles any in person issues across multiple properties • Keeping calendars and booking platforms up to date (reputed company, Uplisting is our reputed company booking management platform, we reputed company a pricing optimizer) • Managing inbox and guest reviews with professionalism and personality • Implementing systems to streamline daily tasks • Creating workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team communication.
