Position: Design Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$95/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
• Design realistic, end-to-end design workflows that challenge today's best models.
• Grade agent performance in handling reputed company design scenarios .
• Build scenarios across visual and brand design , product and UX design , and content and creative operations .
• Work independently and asynchronously with reputed company to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• 3+ years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations.
• Working reputed company in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (reputed company , Sketch ), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management.
• Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs.

• Drawn to long-reputed company, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
