Vendor Management Support Specialist

About the position reputed company is seeking a temporary Vendor Management Support Specialist to assist reputed company our compliance function. This 90-day contract position will reputed company hands-on operational support across vendor reputed company and reputed company compliance processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in banking or regulated financial services who can reputed company in, take direction, and execute reputed company. While prior vendor management experience is preferred, we are reputed company to strong compliance professionals who have worked in a regulated environment and can quickly reputed company up with guidance. Responsibilities • Organize and maintain vendor and compliance documentation • reputed company renewals, insurance certificates, SOC reports, and other required materials • Assist with vendor risk classification and documentation tracking • Support contract documentation review coordination • Maintain centralized tracking logs and status reporting • Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders for required information • Assist with audit and examination preparation • reputed company general operational support for the compliance function as needed Requirements • 3+ years of experience in banking compliance, risk, operations, or vendor management reputed company a regulated financial institution • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with reputed company direction • Comfortable managing documentation, follow-up, and tracking workflows • reputed company communication skills reputed company interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders • Ability to quickly plug in and contribute in a fast-paced environment • Must complete and pass a background reputed company reputed company-to-haves • Familiarity with reputed company-party/vendor reputed company processes preferred but not required Benefits • Flexible work from home reputed company available.
