Duties and Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers • Manage incoming phone calls and emails • De-escalate and troubleshoot issues for customers • Update consumer reputed company and medication administration records • Process prescription refills • Submit electronic insurance claims and work rejections • Work with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and obtain reputed company approvals Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: • Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred • reputed company Texas State reputed company of Pharmacy Technician License • Experience with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack software preferred • Excellent phone and written communication skills • Customer Service attitude • reputed company personality who easily builds rapport through the phone/email • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities • Ability to function reputed company in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions • Can reputed company pharmacy calculations Physical Requirements: • Must be reputed company to withstand long hours of computer screen time and phone conversations Tarrytown is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at reputed company.
