We are seeking a talented and motivated reputed company Recruiter to join reputed company for a 6-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete, full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire top-tier reputed company talent. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to satisfy their reputed company needs while advancing the organization’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies. Position Type Contract (07/01/2026 – 12/31/2026) Hours Monday – Friday, 800 AM – 500 PM Location Remote (reputed company in the reputed company) Key Responsibilities • Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, searching the internet and relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates. • Candidate Evaluation Screen, interview, and register prospective reputed company candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit. • Hiring Manager Partnership Submit and review reputed company candidates with hiring managers, reputed company consistent reputed company support, and assist in negotiating salaries. • Workflow Management reputed company handle multiple reputed company requests simultaneously while maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication. • Strategic Alignment Maintain a strong understanding of internal compensation structures and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the hiring process.
